Driving Change through Art, Play and Disruption

Allianz Foundation Summit

Speakers & Facilitators:

Tatiana Bazzichelli, Founder & Artistic Director of Disruption Network Lab e.V.
Yana Buhrer Tavanier, Co-Founder & Executive Director of Fine Acts

Creating change doesn't always follow a linear path. In this workshop, Tatiana Bazzichelli (Disruption Network Lab) and Yana Buhrer Tavanier (Fine Acts) invite you to learn from approaches that break the paradigms of changemaking.

Fine Acts explores human rights innovation through the intersection of activism with various disciplines, such as cognitive and behavioral sciences, art, and technology. As a result of this work, they came up with the concept of playtivism – that refers to the immense value of experimentation and multidisciplinary play in human rights activism.

Meanwhile, the Disruption Network Lab follows a speculative approach, connecting whistleblowing with cultural, artistic, and political interventions. Understanding "disruption" as a conscious tactic of interfering with surveillance systems and pervasive forms of control, it is seen through its potential for social transformation.

The Allianz Foundation Summit zooms in on the path towards more just living conditions for the next generations. We ask: What could just futures look like (and who is fighting for them)?
